Closed: Share Your Experiences of Using the GP Weekend and Evening Services

Following the recent development of the GP weekend and evening service, your help is needed to find out:

  • Whether you have used the service
  • What you think of the service
  • How you think the service could be improved

The results of the survey will help the NHS understand what people think is good about the service or what improvements are needed. It should take about 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

The NHS would like to talk to patients in:

  • GP surgeries
  • Emergency departments
  • Urgent care centres

Please note that even if you have not attended GP evening or weekend appointments, you are still encouraged to take part in the survey by filling out question 1 and questions 11 onwards. All answers are completely confidential.

The survey will be available from now until August 10, 2018.
