Are you a local person with experience of mental health services?
We would love to hear from you…
The Voice Exchange is a group of citizens that works with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust as they consider the future of services in 2021.
What the Voice Exchange does
We meet every month to discuss plans for mental health services in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea. We record people’s experiences, thoughts, suggestions and ideas and then feed this back to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.
We also visit mental health services in the area and meet with local people and organisations to see what the community thinks about mental health services. We record what we see and hear and feed this back to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.

We are an advisory group, so we do not have any decision-making powers. We do, however, believe that sharing the real experiences of real people will help Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust plan their services in the future.
Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is committed to listening to the Voice Exchange and ensuring an open and balanced process is followed.
