Looking to the Future: Annual Meeting 2021
Hear about our impact over the last year and help us set our priorities for 2022
We’re holding our Annual Meeting on Tuesday 7th December at 17:30. Join us virtually as we look forward and celebrate our work and impact over the last year. Help us set our priorities for 2022 and discuss the future of health and care in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.
From responding to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, to tackling health inequalities and engaging with people from communities who find it most difficult to be heard, 2021 has been a very busy year for us at Healthwatch Central West London.
What we'll be talking about...

Our Small Grants Programme 2021
This year saw the return of our Small Grants Programme, where we work closely with grassroots community organisations to tackle local health inequalities. At the meeting, we’ll be hearing from some of our partners about our collaborative work together.

Our work on digital healthcare
We’ll be sharing the results of our work on digital healthcare. This year, we’ve been speaking to local people about the impact of digital healthcare and whether it works for them. We’ve developed a comprehensive set of recommendations, designed to help decision makers make local digital health services more accessible and user-friendly.

Our work with young people
2021 has been a busy year for our volunteers at Young Healthwatch, our youth engagement programme. Our Young Healthwatch volunteers will be joining us to share their work on improving local mental health provision for young people.

Our Impact
We'll be sharing our new Impact Report, which celebrates our work and the impact we've had tackling local health inequalities across Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.
At WAND we are happy to be putting our voices on the table, I thank Healthwatch, for giving us the opportunity to reflect the voice of underrepresented groups, especially during the pandemic.
Help us set our priorities for the next year
Your feedback has the power to change how services are run. As the independent champion for people who use health and care services in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea, hearing from you is key to shaping the future of local health services.
We are keen to hear from you at the event, to find out what you think we should be focussing on in 2022.
Join us at our Annual Meeting and help shape our priorities based on your experiences, hear about our work, and more!
