Westminster Connect support people aged between 18 and 60 years of age who live in the City of Westminster and have a physical and/or sensory disability and those with long term conditions.

They provide 1 to 1 service aimed at people who require initial support in building confidence towards engaging in community activities and support to explore their interests. And the peer support is where people link up to share information and support each other in overcoming problems.
