Our Stroke focus group will be taking place on Wednesday 12th November at Kensington Town hall.
This meeting will be to discuss local services in our tri-borough area and plan for the future of the stroke group, we would like to empathise that this is a meeting which is welcoming to service users, carers and professionals and would like you to extend this invite out to anyone you know who will be interested in coming along.
