If you have a concern about a doctor, it can be difficult to know what to do. Patients’ help will provide you with accurate and up-to-date information to help you determine the best organisation to approach.

Patients’ help is a new and interactive online information centre which contains:

• information about who patients should complain to
• case study examples based on typical complaints
• a timeline describing the GMC process for handling complaints
• an interactive map with contact details for local help and advice centres across the UK
• an online from to help you determine whether a complaint should come to the GMC or be directed to a local organisation.
