As part of Imperial College Health Partners Patient Safety Programme, they are now establishing the Foundations of Safety Forum. This will bring together lay partners and leaders from across the NHS in North West London to embark on an 18 – 24 month programme of shared learning aimed at fostering best practice and innovation to deliver cultural change with regards to safety across the area.
As part of this work they wish to recruit two lay partners/patient safety champions to be part of the Forum.

The closing date is Friday 28th November 2014 at 9am and interviews will take place on the 8th December. Participants will be reimbursed for their travel as well as their time.
