Plans are underway in K&C and Queens Park and Paddington, for Health and Social Care Services to work more closely together to ensure that a more holistic system of care is available for all people over the age of 75.

Healthwatch Central West London and K&C Social Council are working together to ensure that the patient perspective plays a significant part in how these plans are shaped. We are currently looking for interested patients to join our Patient Panel on Thursday 25th September, 3 – 5pm, and welcome interest from patients who are over 65, are a carer for someone over the age of 75, or have an interest in the future of services for patients over the age of 75.
