Mental Health Services for African, Caribbean and Arabic Speaking service users in K&C

Hestia provides an integrated mental health service which is specifically targeted at local people of African and Caribbean descent, from its Oremi Centre on Golborne Road.
The Oremi Centre is a relaxed, supportive environment and it provides a range of outreach and recovery programmes.
Hestia at Oremi Centre offer:

As well as a range of other programmes:

- Women’s Groups
- Cultural Discussion Groups

- Weekly Exercise Classes
- Men’s Recovery Groups
- Creativity
- Dramatherapy
Hestia is accepting referrals for its integrated mental health service via mental health lead professionals, whether this is a care coordinator, psychiatrist or GP. They will acknowledge all referrals within two days, and aim to assess all referrals within ten days of receiving them.
