FREE sessions to gain skills, meet people and learn all about growing plants! There will be two different instructors running sessions on different days:

Yoga for Everyone: End the week revived at Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Melissa

Improve posture, strength & flexibility, and relieve stress at this class for any and all levels (beginners are welcome). £5 per class, mats & equipment are provided.

Healthy Cook & Eat
Limited places available

Learn how to turn healthy ingredients into a wide variety of delicious meals with this FREE 10-week course. Cook a different dish each session, then eat with the group.

Emotional Wellbeing Support Service
The Abbey Centre has launched a new Emotional Wellbeing Support Service for people experiencing mental health conditions who are registered with a GP in Westminster or Kensington & Chelsea.

The services offered include confidential one-to-one emotional support, advocacy, signposting, and escorting to appointments & activities, all with trained wellbeing sessional workers. They have workers who are fluent in Arabic, Bengali and English.

Hatha Yoga for Men Aged 50+           
Join the Abbey Centre’s Hatha Yoga classes for men aged 50+, for a safe & effective way to increase your physical activity. Hatha Yoga is gentle and covers a range of techniques, and is a great introduction to yoga for beginners.
