The next Kensington and Chelsea Advice Forum will take place on Thursday 13 February 2020 from 10am to 12.30pm in committee room 1 at Kensington Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX. You can register your interest in attending here.
For this meeting, the invitation has been extencded to all voluntary and community organisations in the borough who want to have an input into the development of the Council’s Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy. The Council is seeking a much wider input into the plans so here is the opportunity to have your say.
Also on the agenda will be the Council’s Community Safety Team also seeking to increase their engagement with residents and the voluntary and community sector and discuss how links can be improved within the area of community safety within Kensington and Chelsea. The Community Safety Team work covers:
– Serious Youth Violence
– Anti-Social Behaviour and Hate Crime
– Violence Against Women and Girls
The Forum will provide an opportunity to discuss ways in which partners, residents and business work together to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour and to support victims.
