5 Days to Wellbeing

Dalgarno Trust is running a programme of activities and workshops to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, and help you unwind. This includes:

  • Stroll out of stress, with the Community Champions
  • Dance for wellness
  • Discover your inner calm
  • Talk to the experts

All activities are held at Dalgarno Trust from 11:30am – 1.30pm.
